Those vital chunks of time you take to see clients, write notes, submit claims/taking payments, respond to new/current clients, and then there’s the whole life outside of work life! After all of that, there are still pieces for your practice that have to get done, but when?
If only you had a clone with a different knowledge base and patience to get the other pieces done. *waves* that’s where I step in. A temporary part of the team that serves a specific need, getting you some of that precious time back to do other things that ALSO matter to you.

The services I provide are best suited for those providers who want to wear all the hats, but realize some hats require time and patience you don’t have hours in the day for. I've worked with new & seasoned solo practitioners for 10+ years on tasks like business licensing, branding, administrative support/set up, credentialing and more. I'm passionate about giving entrepreneurial providers, like yourself, the tools and support to gain the freedom and independence that comes with private practice.
I integrate into your practice as an extension of you! I learn your EHR (knowledgeable in Sessions, SimplePractice, and TherapyNotes currently) and help manage the pieces you just don’t have time to do.

To ensure the best support for my clients, I have moved to a retainer-based method. Retainers are structured as an initial 4-hour increment and can be renewed in 2, 4, or 8-hour blocks, based on your needs. Package choice and payment is made prior to work beginning.
Admin Services Package ($200 retainer at $50/hr)

This package covers essential administrative tasks, including:
Manual remittance input to your EHR
Administrative catch up
Problem claims and stalled claim follow-up
Insurance mix-ups and untangling billing errors
Direct communication with insurance companies for clarity
EHR transition support and Availity support
Asynchronous Virtual Assistant tasks (marketing graphics, content editing, and more)
Consulting Package ($300 retainer at $75/hr)

Designed for those looking for expert guidance on business systems and billing, including:
Insurance credentialing and mental health billing workflows
Business system options/recommendations (EHR, basic HIPAA compliance, marketing)
WA Business License process
WA Credentialing Package ($500 for 3 payers; $100 per additional payer)
WA Credentialing Package ($500 for 3 payers; $100 per additional payer)
This is a comprehensive service where I manage the application process for you.
Includes commercial insurers who are open to new providers and Medicaid enrollment (WA State Health Care Authority counts as one payer; each managed care organization, like Wellpoint or Molina counts as an additional payer).
Please note that the provider is responsible for completing the CAQH; additional support is available at $50/hr.

Great question. I've spent 10+ years working with successful private practice/group practice operations and compliance (including HIPAA), providing resources and one-on-one coaching to get practices compliant and administratively set up (or caught up) for the provider (that's you!) to run with. I'm also well-versed in intake process & wait list development, back-end organization, billing support, business set up, credentialing, operations development/management, and EHR/web/email tech support.
Outside of my work experience, and most important of all, I believe that who we are is more than what we do! If you're looking for more of a life-work balance, take a look at the hours you spend doing tasks other than seeing clients. Some of those tasks are inevitably yours due to their clinical nature or simplicity, but other aspects may be munching into your available hours like a hungry caterpillar!
