The services I provide are best suited for those providers who want to wear all the hats, but realize some hats require time and patience you don’t have hours in the day for. I've worked with new & seasoned solo practitioners for 10+ years on tasks like business licensing, branding, administrative support/set up, credentialing and more. I'm passionate about giving entrepreneurial providers, like yourself, the tools and support to gain the freedom and independence that comes with private practice.
I integrate into your practice as an extension of you! I use your EHR (knowledgeable in Sessions, TherapyNotes, & SimplePractice, but can quickly learn others) and help tackle administrative pieces outside of daily claim submission and client facing aspects (insurance claim issues, calling payors, EHR maintenance, general data upkeep, etc.).

Short-Term, One-off Support - ($70/hr)
Sometimes you just need a set of extra hands for a blip in time. Because every practice and provider is different, this option is for the projects that aren't on-going, but do require my dedicated focus for a period of time. You as the provider define your scope of work. Payment is made up front for agreed upon time. If the project extends beyond the quote, we'll revisit!

Long-Term, On-Going Support
Retainers are structured as an initial increment and can be renewed in 2, 4, or 8-hour blocks, based on your needs. Package choice and payment is made prior to work beginning with time being deducted on a rolling clock.
This package covers provider-directed tasks for me to complete asynchronously. These essential administrative tasks are taken off of your plate, allowing you to do other things (see clients, be with family, have time to breathe, etc.), including:
Manual remittance input to your EHR
On-going problem claims, denial and stalled claim follow-up
Direct communication with insurance companies for clarity
On-going CAQH/Availity support (updating, EFT/ERA troubleshooting, etc)
Asynchronous Virtual Assistant tasks (marketing graphics, content editing, and more)
This is a customizable service package is designed for blending the "Asynchronous Admin Services" tasks and the areas that you, as the provider want individual instruction or tag team support on via a video call. With this package, you can use the rolling clock time to:

Great question. I've spent 10+ years working with successful private practice/group practice operations and compliance (including HIPAA), providing resources and one-on-one coaching to get practices compliant and administratively set up (or caught up) for the provider (that's you!) to run with. I'm also extensively experienced in intake process & wait list development, back-end organization, billing support, business set up, credentialing, operations development/management, and EHR/web/email tech support for outpatient mental health care.
Outside of my work experience, and most important of all, I believe that who we are is more than what we do. If you're looking for more of a life-work balance, take a look at the hours you spend doing tasks other than seeing clients.
