You’re in private practice and want to do it your way, on your own. Rock on with that independence! But then there’s the other side of that coin - sometimes you just can’t be everywhere and do everything.
Those vital chunks of time you take to see clients, write notes, submit claims/taking payments, respond to new/current clients, and then there’s the whole life outside of work life! After all of that, there are still pieces for your practice that have to get done, but when?
If only you had a clone with a different knowledge base and patience to get the other pieces done. *waves* that’s where I step in. A temporary part of the team that serves a specific need, getting you some of that precious time back to do other things that ALSO matter to you.

My credentialing process offering works best for those who want control of their own billing, but don’t have the time/experience base to do their credentialing & contracting.
The set up from the start is as if I’m a part of your practice to let you run with it, securely manage it in house moving forward! You’ll have access to internally built data banks specific to your practice and brief training (with resource documents) for what you’ll need to maintain your practice with payors. As an alternative, we can contract at an hourly rate once those renewals and recredentialing windows come up.
Please note, 98% of the credentialing services I do are for individual, fully independently licensed providers. The cost below are for single provider credentialing. Group (2 or more) rates are on a case-by-case basis. Most have a minimum number of providers required for groups to be credentialed and some limits are also currently in place for associate billing. If you are an independent provider looking to supervise associates and you reside in WA, Premera, Aetna, Cigna and UHC are open to associates (as of 6/25/25).
**Insurance credentialing is for independent, fully licensed providers only. Limited insurances are available to associates billing under supervision and providers who reside out of state. Group credentialing has minimum # of provider thresholds.

My catch up process is best suited for those providers who want to wear all the hats, but realize some hats require time and patience you don’t have hours in the day for.
I integrate into your practice as an extension of you! I learn your EHR and help manage the pieces you just don’t have time to do - like troubleshoot on your behalf those claims that are driving you mad or enter remittances.
I’m open to talking through other asynchronous ways I can help your practice as well!

Great question. I've spent 7+ years working with successful private practice/group practice operations and compliance (including HIPAA), providing resources and one-on-one coaching to get practices compliant and administratively set up (or caught up) for the provider (that's you!) to run with. I'm also well-versed in intake process & wait list development, back-end organization, billing support, business set up, credentialing, and operations development/management.
Outside of my work experience, and most important of all, I believe that who we are is more than what we do! If you're looking for more of a life-work balance, take a look at the hours you spend doing tasks other than seeing clients. Some of those tasks are inevitably yours due to their clinical nature or simplicity, but other aspects may be munching into your available hours like a hungry caterpillar!
I partner with your current systems and flow into your practice as a knowledgeable set of extra hands. We set a plan together and get to work!
